Live patient queue for clinics

Patients wait at home. Your clinic runs on time.

Waro puts your queue on every patient's phone. Your front desk adds them in seconds, they get a private link on WhatsApp, and they walk in right when it's their turn — instead of crowding your waiting room for an hour. You get back a calm clinic, an unburdened front desk, and real numbers about your day.

The daily scene

You became a doctor to see patients — not to manage a crowd.

The waiting room is full by 10 am

Patients arrive early to hold their place, then sit for an hour in a crowded room — unwell people, packed together, watching the door.

"How much longer?" — on repeat

Your receptionist answers the same question all day, defends a paper token list, and still gets the blame when the line feels unfair.

The day ends with zero numbers

How many patients today? Average wait? No-shows? Busiest hour? You run a clinic every day and nobody can actually tell you.

Waro fixes all three with one link. Here's how ↓

How Waro works

Three steps. No installs. No training.

01

Reception adds the patient

Name and phone — that's it. Waro assigns a token and creates a private queue link, ready to share on WhatsApp in one tap.

02

The patient opens their link

From home, the car, or a café nearby. They see the live line, their token, and a wait estimate that self-corrects as your day unfolds.

03

You tap "Call next"

Every phone updates in about three seconds, and the waiting-room TV announces the token out loud. The next patient walks in — on time.

One system, every screen

Built for the four people who run your clinic day.

The patient, your front desk, the waiting room, and you. Each gets exactly one screen — and they all stay in sync, live.

For your patients

A waiting room in their pocket

The link opens a private page with their token, their live position, and an honest wait estimate. It learns your real consultation pace as the day goes on — not a fixed guess that's wrong by noon.

  • "You're next" alert when their turn is near
  • A "doctor is in" indicator, so nobody guesses
  • Screen updates by itself — no refreshing, nothing to install

For your front desk

The whole day on one screen

Add a patient in seconds, share their link on WhatsApp with one tap, and run the queue without paper slips or shouting names. It's built for a busy desk — every action is instant, and safe even when two staff tap at once.

  • Call, recall, or requeue a no-show — their link keeps working
  • Emergency priority puts urgent patients at the front
  • Morning and evening sessions — tokens reset or continue
  • Duplicate protection — one phone number, one active token

Coming soon: the link sends itself on WhatsApp

For your waiting room

A TV board that answers questions before they reach the desk

Open one link on any TV or tablet — no login, never expires. Everyone in the room sees where the line stands, and tokens are announced out loud in a natural voice, with a chime.

  • Big "Now serving" display with the up-next list and wait times
  • Voice announcements you can switch on or off, male or female
  • You choose if names appear — phone numbers never do

For you, the doctor

Finally, real numbers about your own clinic

Patients per day, average wait, consultation pace, no-show rate, your busiest hour — computed from the real queue, not from memory. Seven, thirty, or ninety days back.

  • Spot bottlenecks and plan staffing around your real peak hour
  • See no-shows as a number you can actually reduce
  • Analytics run off the live queue path — reports never slow patients down

Trust, built in

Built like it handles patient data. Because it does.

Tokens only, in public

The live queue never shows names or phone numbers. Patient details stay on secure, staff-only screens — even system logs are scrubbed.

Private, unguessable links

Every patient link is unique and private. Staff access is controlled per clinic, and deactivated accounts are locked out completely.

Fast, even when it's packed

Screens update in about three seconds, and the live queue is built to serve thousands of patients watching at once.

Tested like it matters

Every queue action is transaction-safe — no double-calls when two staff tap at once — and the system ships with 160+ automated checks.

Are you a patient?

Got a Waro link from your clinic?

You don't need an account, and there's nothing to install. Open the link your clinic sent you, see your token and your live place in line, and walk in when it's nearly your turn. That's the whole thing.

Your name and number stay private — others only ever see token numbers

Common questions

Doctors usually ask us…

Do my patients need to install anything?

No. They get a private link that opens in any phone browser — no downloads, no account, no login. They see their token, their live position, and when to come in.

What happens when a patient misses their turn?

Your front desk can recall them, or requeue them to the back of the line with one tap. Their link keeps working the whole time, so they always know where they stand.

We run morning and evening shifts. Does Waro handle that?

Yes — run as many sessions a day as you like, and choose whether token numbers reset to 1 each session or continue from the last one.

Is patient information safe on public screens?

The public queue shows token numbers only — never names or phone numbers. You decide whether names appear on your waiting-room TV, and every patient link is private and unguessable.

What do I need for the waiting-room TV board?

Any TV or tablet with a browser. Open your clinic's TV link once — it never expires and needs no login. Voice announcements and name display are controlled from your admin panel.

How long does setup take?

Minutes. Create your clinic, add your staff yourself (you stay in control — add, reset, deactivate anytime), and hand the first patient a link the same morning. No hardware, no training.

Your next clinic day could run itself.

Set up your clinic, add your front desk, and hand the first patient a link — all before your morning session starts.
